This Privacy Policy explains how RindychAcademy INC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your Personal Data when you use our website savefacetoday.com, our membership application at app.saveface.today, and related services (the "Services"). We are the data controller for this processing.
By using the Services you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. This Policy is written to align with the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA, among other laws.

Information you provide:
- Account details: name, email address, password;
- Optional profile details you choose to enter, such as country, phone number, gender, age, and your in-app preferences (goals, focus zones, activity level, priorities);
- Billing information: processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive limited details such as your billing country, subscription plan, transaction status, and the last four digits and type of your card — we do not receive or store full card numbers;
- Communications: messages you send us (for example, support requests by email) and your marketing preferences.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, app/usage data and lesson progress, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not intentionally collect special-category health data. The profile preferences you enter (such as goals or focus zones) are wellness settings used to organize your experience; please do not submit sensitive medical information through the Services.
