Terms of Service

Welcome to Save Face, a digital face-fitness membership operated by RindychAcademy INC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website savefacetoday.com, our membership application at app.saveface.today, and all related content, features, and services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, starting a free plan, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are offered to users in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other international markets, and are provided for general educational, informational, and wellness purposes only. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "we," "us," "our" — RindychAcademy INC, the entity operating the Save Face membership.
  • "Services" — the website, the membership application, and all content, courses, marathons, features, and materials made available through them.
  • "Platform" / "App" — our proprietary membership application at app.saveface.today, through which content is delivered and accounts are managed.
  • "Content" — all lessons, videos, text, images, graphics, training programs, downloadable materials, and other intellectual property made available through the Services.
  • "Member," "you," "your" — any individual who accesses, registers with, or subscribes to the Services.
  • "Subscription" — a recurring paid plan (Basic or Premium), billed monthly or yearly, that renews automatically until cancelled.
  • "Free Plan" — limited, no-cost access to a defined set of introductory lessons.
  • "Billing Cycle" — the recurring period (one month or one year) for which a Subscription is paid in advance.
  • "Personal Data" — information relating to an identified or identifiable person, as defined by applicable law (including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA).

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended solely for adults who can form a binding contract. By using the Services you represent that:

  • in the United States, Canada, and Australia, you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  • in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you are at least 16 years old, or you use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You confirm that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current. We may restrict or terminate access where these requirements are not met.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, applicable law, or business practices. Changes take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. For material changes affecting your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by a notice on the Services or by email). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is identified by the "Last updated" date above.

4. Account Registration and Access

To use most features you must create an account in the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@rindychacademy.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts and Content are for individual, personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your credentials or allow others to use your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, are shared, or otherwise violate these Terms.

5. Membership Plans and Access

We offer the following plans; the exact contents and prices shown at checkout govern your purchase:

  • Free — no-cost access to the first 5 lessons of the Express course. No payment method required. We may modify or discontinue the Free Plan at any time.
  • Basic — a paid Subscription that unlocks the full Express course plus the core course "Deep Facial & Neck Treatment" and its materials, plus access to the App.
  • Premium — a paid Subscription that includes everything in Basic plus the full library (the Anti-Aging through Menopause course and all marathons), as described at checkout.

Access to paid Content is granted upon a successful payment and continues for as long as your Subscription remains active and paid. Access is provided on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis for your personal, non-commercial use. New Content may be added, and Content may occasionally be changed, updated, or removed.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

Recurring billing. Basic and Premium are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle (monthly or yearly, as selected) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method the applicable fee at the start of each Billing Cycle, together with any applicable taxes.

When you are charged. The first charge is taken when you subscribe. Each renewal is charged on or around the renewal date shown in your account, at the then-current price for your plan and Billing Cycle.

Renewal reminders. Where required by law, and as a matter of good practice, we send a reminder to your email before a renewal charge is taken.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change to the price of your renewals will be communicated in advance by email, and will apply only to Billing Cycles beginning after the notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for amounts due for Content already provided.

Taxes and currency. Prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise shown and may be exclusive of taxes. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international fees for which we are not responsible.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your Subscription at any time from your account settings in the App (or by contacting info@rindychacademy.com). When you cancel:

  • automatic renewal is turned off and you will not be charged again;
  • your paid access continues until the end of the Billing Cycle you have already paid for;
  • after that date your paid access ends, while your account and progress may be retained so you can resume later.

Cancelling does not, by itself, delete your account or entitle you to a refund of the current Billing Cycle, except as set out in Section 8 or as required by law.

8. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Nature of the product. The Services provide immediate access to digital content. By subscribing and beginning to access the Content, you request that we start providing the Services immediately.

EU / UK consumers. You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the Content has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

Subscriptions. Because you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, we generally do not provide refunds or prorated credits for the current or past Billing Cycles, or for time not used.

Goodwill. At our discretion we may grant a refund — for example, where a technical fault prevented access and we could not resolve it. To request one, contact info@rindychacademy.com with your account email and details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; access to paid Content ends once a refund is issued.

9. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, including recurring charges. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with industry-standard security (including PCI-DSS) and applicable law.

10. License to Content

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use during your active plan. This license grants no ownership. You may not copy, download beyond what the App permits, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Content, nor share your access with others. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to: attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy Content for commercial use; disrupt the Services; share credentials or account access; or misrepresent your identity. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund and may lead to civil or criminal liability.

12. Intellectual Property

All Content and the brands "Save Face," "Lena Rindych," "RindychAcademy," and related marks are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our marks without our prior written consent.

13. Health Disclaimer and Contraindications

All Content — including face-fitness courses, marathons, exercises, self-massage, nutrition and wellness information — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, nor to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before starting, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or are undergoing treatment. The Content is not recommended for individuals with, among others: active infections; cancer; acute inflammatory conditions; fever or flu-like symptoms; or recent facial injuries or surgery. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. If you experience discomfort, pain, or unusual symptoms, stop immediately and consult a medical professional. We disclaim liability for adverse effects arising from your use of the Content.

14. Results Disclaimer

Any results described — improvements in facial tone, skin appearance, or well-being — reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Your results depend on factors such as consistency, effort, age, skin condition, lifestyle, and health. Testimonials and before/after examples are illustrative and may not be typical. We make no warranty of specific outcomes and are not liable for unmet expectations.

15. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers for hosting/infrastructure, payment processing, email, and analytics. Your use may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party systems, but will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues. Using the Services may involve transferring and processing your information on servers located outside your country of residence.

16. Electronic Communications

By using the Services you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including transactional emails (account, billing, renewal reminders, receipts), service updates, and legal notices. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. Keep a valid email address on file; we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information.

17. Marketing Communications

With your consent where required, we may send marketing and promotional emails (new content, offers, wellness tips). You may opt out at any time via the "unsubscribe" link or by contacting info@rindychacademy.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or account-related messages. See our Privacy Policy.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services or Content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability for all claims exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

19. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, breached applicable law, or engaged in conduct harmful to us or other users (for example, sharing or distributing Content, fraud, or abuse of refunds). On termination your license ends immediately. Amounts due remain payable and no refund is owed except as stated in Section 8 or required by law.

20. Service Availability and Modifications

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services, Content, features, or pricing at any time. We are not liable for loss or inconvenience arising from such changes, downtime, or unavailability.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and remedies available to you under the law of your country of residence. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your Personal Data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
