Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for memberships operated by RindychAcademy INC. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Billing & Renewal Terms.

1. Digital Content and Immediate Access

Our memberships give you immediate access to digital content (lessons, courses, and marathons). By subscribing and starting to access the content, you ask us to begin providing the Services right away.

2. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access to the content has begun, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Because you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, we generally do not provide refunds or prorated credits for the current or past billing periods, or for time you did not use. When you cancel, automatic renewal stops and your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. See Billing & Renewal for how to cancel.

4. Goodwill and Technical Issues

At our discretion, we may grant a refund — for example, where a verified technical fault on our side prevented access and we were unable to resolve it, or where a charge was clearly made in error (such as an unintended duplicate charge). We review such requests case by case.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@rindychacademy.com from the address on your account, describing the issue and including your plan and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our processor, Stripe; processing times depend on your bank. Once a refund is issued, access to paid content ends.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence. Where such law grants you a right that this Policy does not, that law prevails.
