Billing & Renewal Terms

This page explains how paid memberships are billed and renewed. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. The Services are operated by RindychAcademy INC.

1. Plans and Prices

You can use a free plan or subscribe to a paid plan. The plan and price shown at checkout govern your purchase; current plans are:

Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be exclusive of applicable taxes. We may update prices as described in Section 5.

2. Automatic Renewal

Basic and Premium are subscriptions that renew automatically. When you subscribe, you authorize RindychAcademy INC and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method:

• the applicable fee immediately, to start your subscription; and
• the then-current fee automatically at the start of each following billing period (each month for monthly plans, each year for yearly plans), until you cancel.

Your subscription continues, and renewal charges continue, until cancelled by you or by us in accordance with the Terms.

3. When You Are Charged

The first charge occurs when you subscribe. Each renewal is charged on or around your renewal date — the same calendar day your current billing period ends — at the price for your plan and billing cycle. Your renewal date is shown in your account.

4. Renewal Reminders

As a matter of good practice, and where required by law, we send a reminder to your account email before a renewal charge is taken, so you have time to review or cancel.

5. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Any change to your renewal price will be communicated to you in advance by email and will apply only to billing periods that begin after the notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect; your current paid period is not affected.

6. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired or declined card), we and Stripe may retry the charge. We may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. Please keep your payment details up to date in your account.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings in the app, or by emailing info@rindychacademy.com. When you cancel:

• automatic renewal is turned off and you will not be charged again;
• your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
• after that date your paid access ends; your account and progress may be retained so you can resume later.

Cancelling stops future charges but does not, by itself, refund the current period (see our Refund Policy).

8. Taxes and Currency

Prices may be exclusive of taxes, which are added where applicable. If your card is not in USD, your bank or Stripe may apply currency-conversion or international fees for which we are not responsible.

9. Payment Security

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; card data is handled by Stripe under industry-standard security (including PCI-DSS). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
